HOUSING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we make our own housing arrangements and still participate in the Tournament?

Can we request efficiencies, suites, or upgraded rooms?

How many people are permitted in a room?

Is there a security of damage deposit?

Many people ask about making their own housing arrangements for the Tournament. Unfortunately, due to the way the Tournament is set up, ALL traveling football teams must stay at one of our approved hotels. Remember that the AIYFC is not only a football event, but a family vacation.

All rooms are 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites with living room, dining room, and full kitchen.  What more could you want?

In each room, ONE PERSON MUST BE AN ADULT!  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN PLAYERS OR OTHER NON-ADULTS SHARE A ROOM WITHOUT ONE ADULT STAYING IN THAT ROOM TO SUPERVISE THE PLAYERS AND CHILDREN!  This is to ensure appropriate conduct by all participants, and reduces likelihood of damage to hotel facilities, which teams are responsible for.  Teams found to be housing participants without having one adult in the room are subject to immediate removal from the hotel and forfeiture of all payments made, and exclusion from the tournament.  Don't make the mistake of trying to circumvent this rule.  It will be strictly enforced!

Yes, there is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit PER TEAM IN AN AGE DIVISION.  This deposit is refunded approximately 30 days after you check out of the hotel.  This deposit is to cover any damage or missing items from any of your rooms.  Any damage in excess of the damage deposit is your responsibility.
